Spring Loaded LVDTs - General Purpose

GHSA/R 750 AC LVDT
GHSA/GHSAR 750 Series - GHSA/GHSAR 3/4 inch (19 mm) diameter AC-operated LVDTs are designed for a wide range of position measurement applications. These rugged, hermetically sealed sensors are constructed entirely of stainless steel, have either an axial or radial connector, and are intended for general industrial use.
  • Ranges of ±0.05" to ±2" [±1.25 mm to ±50 mm]
  • Repeatability of 0.000025" [0.60 µm] or better
  • Also available in air extend/spring retract versions (GHSAR-A)
GHSD 750 10VDC LVDT
GHSD/GHSDR 750 Series - GHSD/GHSDR 3/4 inch (19 mm) diameter LVDTs utilize built-in electronics that convert a ±15 V DC input into a precalibrated 0 to ±10V DC output. Like the GHSA/GHSAR AC versions, they are available in seven standard ranges from ±0.020" [±0.51 mm] to ±2.00" [±50 mm] and include either axial or radial connectors.
  • Precalibrated ranges of ±0.02" to ±2.00" [±0.51 mm to ±50 mm]
  • Repeatability of 0.000025" [0.60 µm] or better
  • Also available in air extend/spring retract versions (GHSDR-A)
GHSE/R 750 0-10V LVDT Position Sensor
GHSE/GHSER 750 Series - GHSE/GHSER 3/4 inch (19 mm) diameter LVDTs offer all the advantages of our other general purpose spring loaded LVDTs, but are powered by a nominal 24 V DC input and are available in six standard precalibrated ranges from 0.100" [2.5 mm] to 4.00" [100 mm] with an output from 0-10V DC.
  • Precalibrated ranges of 0.10" to 4.00" [2.5 mm to 100 mm]
  • Repeatability of 0.000025" [0.60 µm] or better
  • Also available in air extend/spring retract versions (GHSER-A)
GHSE/R 750 4-20mA LVDT Position Sensor
GHSI/GHSIR 750 Series - GHSI/GHSIR 3/4 inch (19 mm) diameter LVDTs offer all the advantages of our other general purpose spring loaded LVDTs, along with the convenience and simplicity of precalibrated 4-20 mA current loop operation. Units operate as 2-wire loop powered or 3-wire sourcing externally powered.
  • Precalibrated ranges of 0.10" to 4.00" [2.5 mm to 100 mm]
  • Repeatability of 0.0001" [2.50 µm] or better
  • Also available in air extend/spring retract versions (GHSIR-A)

BBP Series Gage Probe
BBP / BBT Series - Macro Sensors BB Series LVDT-Based Dimensional Gaging Probes provide ultra-precise measurement of the position of a targeted surface in a wide variety of quality control and industrial metrology applications, including online parts inspection, servo-loop positioning systems, and manufacturing process control.
  • Ultra-precise assembly gives repeatability of less than 0.000006" (0.15 μm)
  • Ranges from ±0.040” (±1.0 mm) to ±0.200” (±5.0 mm)

Spring Loaded LVDTs - Short Range Economy

GSA 750 Spring Loaded LVDT
GSA Series - The GSA 750 series of short range spring loaded position sensors were developed for cost sensitive applications requiring LVDT reliability and performance. Available in ranges of ±0.10 inches to ±0.30 inches, these sensors offer the excellent measurement capabilities of an LVDT at very economical prices.
  • Ranges of ±0.100" to ±0.300" [±2.5 mm to ±7.5 mm]
  • Non-linearity less than ±0.5% of FRO
  • 220°F (105°C) operating temperature

Separate Core LVDTs - Miniature

CD 375 small linear position sensor
CD Series - Macro Sensors’ CD 375 Series of 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) diameter AC-operated LVDTs are small size contactless linear position sensors for both OEM and end user applications. The low mass of their cores makes these miniature LVDTs well suited for high response dynamic measurements.

MD Series small OEM position sensor
MD Series - Macro Sensors’ MD 188 Series of 3/16 inch (4.75 mm) diameter AC-operated LVDTs are small size contactless linear position sensors for both OEM and end user applications. PR Series - Macro Sensors’ PR 750 Series of 3/4" (19 mm) diameter AC-Operated LVDTs are general purpose contactless linear position sensors for both OEM applications and end user requirements. PR 812 Series AC LVDTs are 0.812" (20.6 mm) diameter versions are designed primarily for use in legacy OEM applications.

SQ 1250 Heavy Duty LVDT Position Sensor
SQ Series - SQ 1250 Series heavy duty LVDTs have their electrical assembly totally encapsulated within a heavy duty aluminum housing, with their electrical connections made to screw-terminal style barrier strips. They meet the IEC IP-64 sealing standard against the intrusion of splashed water and other liquids.
