To prepare Conceptual, Outline, Assembly, and Detailed Part level drawings and related documentation for both new and existing designs as needed. Also, to assist in the daily functions of the Engineering Department and with Configuration Control management, as needed. Would also be responsible for entering and maintaining Bills of Material. Also assist, however needed, in actual building of units for design development and shippable units.

Prepare CAD Mechanical Layouts, to scale, for new design projects to determine and verify design detail based on engineer's directions. Prepare production ready drawings documentation for completed designs.

Assist in the Control of all drawings and documentation, both paper and computer files, to maintain control of the established configuration of all designs to prevent unauthorized changes to any designs.

• Enter Bills of Material (BOM) to DBA system.
• DBA BOM per change orders.
• Revise paper copy BOM per change order

• Assist in expediting completion of design development prototype hardware.
• Assist in all aspects of actual unit construction for design development and shipping of prototype units
• Assist production, as needed, for quick delivery situations.

Prepare CAD Mechanical Layouts, to scale, for new design projects to determine and verify design detail based on engineer's directions.

• Completion and release of all drawings and documentation relative to project demands and schedule expectations.
• Provide comments on observations made during course of drawing execution that lead to possible design improvements.
• Be able to perform Tolerance studies and work with calculations to verify basic design criteria.
• Keep Chief Engineer advised of problems or conflicts in both designs and workload that could lead to potential problems or delays.

Administer all aspects of processing Vendor Invoicing into A/P including:

• Process Change Orders and revise drawings as needed (both paper dwgs & and Computer files).
• Part Number assignment and control
• Maintain PDF File to be accessed company wide
• Flag Part Nos. & Bills of Material for "Production Hold" status Enter receivers against open purchase orders.
