EAZY-CAL™ MMX Series
Mini-Module Signal Conditioner

The Macro Sensors EAZY-CAL™ MMX Series is a single channel signal conditioner that operates on a nominal 15-30V DC power input and provides a low noise 0-10V DC output or 4-20 mA output. It can be remotely located by up to 100+ feet to facilitate LVDT operation in extreme environments. Employing a virtually effortless fingertip calibration routine, the EAZY-CAL™ saves time and money (more info)
  • Pushbutton calibration in seconds
  • Nominal 15-30V DC input,
0-10V DC or 4-20 mA output
  • DIN-rail mountable high impact / flame retardant mini-module housing
  • Operating range of 32-160 °F
  • Master/slave excitation synchronization

LVC 2500
Signal Conditioners for AC LVDTs

The Macro Sensors LVC-2500 is a single channel signal conditioner that operates on 10-30 Volts DC power to support standard LVDT, RVDT, and VRT half-bridge sensors. Designed expressly for use in 24 Volt systems with PLCs and mini-PLCs, or in 12 Volt mobile and vehicular testing systems, it offers the user a choice of three analog outputs: 0 to ±10 V DC, 0 to 10 V DC, or 4 to 20 mA. (more info)
  • 10-30 V DC operation
  • Outputs of 0 to 10 V DC,
    0 to ±10 V DC, or 4-20 mA
  • DIN rail mounting
  • Adjustable span and zero
  • User selectable gain and excitation frequencies
  • Synchronizable oscillator

DMC/DMI Series Dual- and Single-
Channel Controllers/Indicators

The DMC/DMI Series are dual-channel and single-channel microprocessor-based controllers and indicators with digital readout and four programmable setpoint controls (with relays) for both AC and DC LVDT's. They are available with either 0-10 V DC or 4-20 mA outputs and RS-232 serial or Ethernet ports to provide a comprehensive, reliable, measurement system. (more info)
  • 115/230 V AC or 12/24 V DC input power
  • 0-10 V DC single analog output or 4-20 mA
  • RS232C or Ethernet ports
  • Four independently programmable set points to control four 5 A Form A relays
  • Support all AC LVDTs or 24 V powered DC LVDTs
