LVDT Core Connecting Rods
LVDT Core Connecting Rods are available for all Macro Sensors separate core LVDTs. These rods are a convenient way to connect the internally threaded LVDT core to the object being measured. Made from non-magnetic 300 series stainless steel, they are available in kits with either standard or metric threads and can be supplied in a variety of lengths. Kits include hardware for attachment of the rod to the LVDT core on one end and the object being measured on the opposite end. Macro Sensors provides guidelines for establishing the proper core rod length for your LVDT. This information can be used for selecting the correct rod length for your kit and also for fabricating your own connecting rod from non-magnetic stainless steel bar stock. (more info)

LVDT Mounting Blocks
LVDT mounting blocks provide an easy means of mounting an LVDT. Made from linen-based phenolic with a split block design that will not stress or distort the LVDT body, these blocks are available with bore diameters to accommodate standard Macro Sensors LVDT body diameters. They also feature pre-drilled and tapped holes on their side and bottom to facilitate mounting, and include the clamp screw for securing the LVDT. (more info)

LVDT Cable Assemblies
Pre-built LVDT cable assemblies are available in lengths of 10, 30, or 50 feet for all Macro Sensors AC and DC LVDTs with in-line or radial connectors. An AC version is designed for connection of AC LVDTs to signal conditioners or meters, such as those shown on Macro Sensors LVDT Support Electronics page, while a DC version is designed for direct connection of DC LVDTs to a PLC. Cable assemblies are constructed of PVC-jacketed, multi-conductor, shielded cable, with a heavy-duty, 6-pin female, aluminum-alloy connector with soldered connections. (more info)
